Nef raises TRY 103 Million in sales in two days

Nef launched a 40 percent discount campaign for five of its projects last weekend. During the two-day campaign called “Nefis Cumartesi - Nefis Pazar (the Weekend NEFfect)", the company closed TRY 103 million worth of notarized housing sales from its Çekmeköy, Bahçelievler, Basınekspres, Yalıkavak and Kandilli projects.

Nef, which is the only real estate brand included in Brand Finance’s "Turkey's Most Valuable Brands" survey, launched a two-day special campaign before the end of 2019. Nef raised TRY 103,398,316 in notarized housing sales in two days with its 40 percent discount campaign that ran at the weekend on December 14-15 for a limited number of houses in five of its high-yielding projects.

A total of 5,475 requests
The campaign called “Nefis Cumartesi - Nefis Pazar” was launched for a limited number of houses in Nef Çekmeköy, Nef Bahçelievler, Nef Basınekspres, Nef Reserve Yalıkavak and Nef Reserve Kandilli projects.  5,475 requests were submitted within a week of the campaign’s announcement. To meet the high demand, all Nef sales offices were open until 11.00pm during the campaign. 

Deliveries continue
Having delivered more than 6,000 houses in 18 projects in the last 4 years, Nef continues to deliver houses of the Inistanbul project developed with İş REIC and the villa phase of the Nef Reserve Yalıkavak project.
