We would like to share the latest construction updates on the Nef Sapanca project.
A significant portion of the construction works has now been completed, and preparations have begun for the physical handover process.
Structural Works
- Reinforced concrete construction has been completed for all villas.
- AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) wall construction has been completed for all villas. Overall progress stands at 35% in Block A1, 65% in Block A2, and 65% in Block A3.
- Steel roof structures have been completed for all villas.
- Concrete roof tile installation has been completed for all villas.
- External EPS insulation and façade painting have been completed throughout the project.
- All villa electrical installations have been completed.
- All villa mechanical installations have been completed.
Interior Finishes
- Rough plaster works have been completed in all villas.
- Gypsum plaster works have been completed across all blocks.
- Suspended ceiling installation has been completed in all villas except D4.
- Window and door frame installations have been completed in all blocks.
- Waterproofing works have been completed throughout the project.
- Ceramic tile installation has been completed in all blocks except B8 and D4.
- Floor screed works have been completed in all villas except D4.
- Steel staircase installations have been completed in all blocks.
- External railing installations have been completed in all villas except those in Block D.
- Interior painting has been completed in all blocks except B8, B16, and Block D.
Façade Works
Façade ceramic cladding has been completed in E1, E2, C4, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, C5–C11, A1–A9, B1, B6–B17. Works on C12, C13, and C14 are approximately 70% complete.
Flooring
Parquet installation has been completed in A1–A9, B1–B15 (excluding B8), C1, C3–C23, and E1–E7. Installation in B8 has reached 50% completion.
Doors
- Interior door installation has reached approximately 90% completion across the designated A, B, C, and E blocks.
- Main entrance door installation has been completed in most villas. Progress in A6–A9 currently stands at approximately 20%.
Joinery
Kitchen cabinet installation has reached approximately 90% completion across the majority of the project.
Wooden staircase tread installation has reached:
- 95% completion in the specified A, B, C, and E blocks.
- 25% completion in D1, D2, D3, D5, D7, D8, and D9.
Wardrobe installation has reached:
- 95% completion in most A and C blocks.
- 90% completion in B6, B7, B9, B10, and B11.
- 50% completion in B8.
Infrastructure & Landscaping
- Villa perimeter drainage works have been completed.
- Site filling and grading works have been completed.
- Excavation and installation of stormwater and wastewater pipelines have been completed.
- Natural gas infrastructure has been completed.
- Fire hydrant infrastructure has been completed.
- Electrical infrastructure has been completed.
- Garden irrigation infrastructure works are ongoing.
The show villas have been fully completed.
Landscaping works, including roads, pedestrian pathways, and parking areas, are approximately 80% complete.
External Features
- Reinforced concrete construction for all fire pits has been completed.
- Veranda construction has been completed in E1 and C4, while C1, C5–C12, and B12 have reached approximately 90% completion.
- Pergola installation has been completed in A3, A5, A6, A8, B6–B12, and C4–C14.
- Swimming pool construction has reached:
- 50% completion in A2, A4, A7, A8, E2, E3, C3, C5, C6, B6, B9, B13, B14, B16, and D9.
- 45% completion in C1, C9, C23, and D2.
- 20% completion in C22.
- Perimeter boundary walls across the site have reached 97% completion.
- Installation of mechanical and electrical fixtures, sanitary ware, and fittings has reached 60% completion.
- Planting works have been completed in E1 and C4.
