  • Step 1

    Nef Recruitment Processes

    In our selection and placement process, we aim to be under one roof with candidates with Nef's corporate culture, core competencies, and job-specific competencies. Nef is a brand inspired by innovation and design and realizes its growth within its goal of becoming a world brand. Therefore, among our priorities, our candidates are primarily positive, energetic, innovative, dynamic, and global people. Happiness is our basic philosophy. The suitability of candidates to Nef's corporate culture is as important as our experience and training. Our selection and placement process consists of five stages. 

  • Step 3

    Evaluation Phase

    We conduct a personality assessment on the internet to determine the thinking style, behavioral structure, and professional interests of the selected candidates. 

  • Step 5

    Selection Process

    fter the interviews are completed, the talent recruiter and the recruitment manager compare the candidates who have been successful up to this stage and select the most suitable person for the position in question. 

  • Step 2

    Identification of the Best Candidates

    The talent acquisition officer examines the candidate database to determine whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the position in question. Then, we conduct a phone/video interview to assess your understanding of the position's requirements and suitability for the job. 

  • Step 4

    Interview Phase

    If you are successful in the online assessment test, the talent recruitment officer will invite you for an interview. 

    The interviews aim to learn about your work experiences and achievements. Competence-based techniques are used to get detailed information about your abilities and potential in the discussion. 

    Depending on the position level, the talent recruiter, hiring manager, second-level manager, and head of function/department may interview you. 

  • Step 6

    Reference Control

    References of all candidates are checked within the scope of our standard operational procedures. 

    Our talent acquisition team will contact you to obtain the necessary information for the reference check. 

     

    If you are one of the candidates who have reached the last stage in the recruitment process, an offer will be presented after your positive reference check.
