Designed for those considering land investment, the festivals aim to offer families the opportunity to enjoy nature away from the city while experiencing the Nef lifestyle. The first event will take place on June 17–18 at the Nef Land Lüleburgaz Tatarköy project site.
As a leading brand in secure land investment, Nef Land is introducing a new summer festival series across its projects in Türkiye’s most promising locations. The Nef Land 2023 Summer Festivals are designed for both existing customers and prospective investors, providing an opportunity to experience the Nef Land concept firsthand while spending quality time with family in a natural setting. The first of four events planned for the summer of 2023 will be held at the Lüleburgaz Tatarköy project site on June 17–18.
Planned as an annual tradition, the Nef Land Summer Festivals will continue throughout the summer with additional events in Kaz Mountains, Ankara Beynam, and Sakarya.
A Celebration and an Experience
The festivals will bring together current Nef Land owners and those interested in exploring investment opportunities. While families enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, they will also have the opportunity to experience the benefits of a lifestyle that combines the tranquility of nature with convenient access to urban life.
During the June 17–18 event in Lüleburgaz, visitors will be able to tour sample modular homes and participate in activities inspired by Fold Village, Nef’s patented concept. Since June 18 also coincides with Father’s Day, children will enjoy a range of special activities designed to celebrate the occasion with their fathers.
Exclusive Festival Offers
A wide range of family-friendly experiences has been planned throughout the festival, including children’s entertainment areas, tastings of local delicacies, and interactive experience zones. Visitors will also be able to explore key elements of the Nef Land Fold Village concept, including cultivation areas, an open-air library, and spaces featuring local vendors.
Held directly within the main project sites, the festivals provide prospective buyers with the opportunity to experience the developments firsthand. To mark the occasion, Nef will also offer exclusive discounts and special payment plans available only to guests attending the events.
