As the market leader in both residential unit sales and revenue for the past three years, Nef achieved another milestone with Nef Çamlıtepe, selling 474 homes in just two days. Together with two additional developments planned for Çekmeköy, the projects represent a total investment value of TRY 1.2 billion, offering exceptional living and investment opportunities for both families and investors.

The Turkish real estate sector witnessed one of its strongest sales performances in recent years as all 474 residences in Nef Çamlıtepe, the first phase of Nef’s three-project masterplan in Çekmeköy, were sold over a single weekend. Priority was given to existing Nef customers who had previously registered their interest, and the complete sell-out was officially verified by a public notary.
Commenting on the TRY 260 million in sales generated over the two-day period, Erden Timur added:

With a total development value of TRY 1.2 billion, Nef Çekmeköy is being built on a 230,000-square-metre site. The first phase, Nef Çamlıtepe, comprises 474 residences ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes, featuring private gardens, terraces, and balconies.
