Following the rapid sell-out of the previous phases of Nef Çekmeköy in just two days, Nef Koruköy has now been launched under the “Yeni Evim” (My New Home) campaign, offering monthly instalments starting from TRY 13,000. The project has attracted exceptional demand, with half of its homes sold on the very first day.
Following the successful Çamlıtepe and Ormantepe phases, Nef has officially introduced Koruköy, the latest phase of its master-planned development in Çekmeköy.
When first launched in 2017, Nef Çekmeköy set a sales record by selling 497 homes within two days. Today, the development is home to more than 2,000 residents, while Nef Koruköy, positioned as the most prestigious phase of the masterplan, offers residences starting from TRY 3.95 million.
Available under the government’s Yeni Evim campaign, the project offers mortgage rates starting from 0.69%, with monthly instalments from TRY 13,000, allowing buyers to own a home with payments comparable to monthly rent. Supported by Nef’s quality standards and brand assurance, purchasers can benefit from financing terms extending up to 15 years.
Having increased in value eightfold over the past five years, Nef Çekmeköy continues to attract strong demand. The third phase is located immediately beside Özyeğin University, one of the region’s leading educational institutions, within Istanbul’s only dedicated Education Valley. Like the previous phases, Nef Koruköy has been developed through the partnership between Nef and Fiba Group.
With its prime location, strong investment potential, and trusted Nef quality, Nef Koruköy is designed for families, academics, students, and professionals seeking a modern lifestyle supported by the attractive financing opportunities of the Yeni Evim campaign.
At the Heart of Istanbul’s Education Valley
Nef Koruköy is situated adjacent to Türkiye’s largest education valley, home to 167 educational institutions, including Özyeğin University, İstanbul Erkek Liseliler Education Foundation, SEV American College, Austrian High School, and Uğur Schools, serving more than 25,000 students from primary education through university level.
More than 50% of the occupied residences in the earlier phases of Nef Çekmeköy are currently home to Özyeğin University academics and students.
The project is located just 8 kilometres from Sancaktepe City Hospital, Europe’s largest city hospital, and approximately 10 minutes from major shopping destinations including Buyaka, Meydan AVM, IKEA, and Viaport.
Selçuk Çelik: Half of the Homes Sold on the First Day
Commenting on the launch, Selçuk Çelik, Member of the Executive Board of Nef, said:
“We officially launched our new project yesterday. Nef Koruköy is the third development in our Çekmeköy masterplan, comprising 327 residences. Nearly 3,000 people had already registered their interest, so we gave priority to those customers when sales opened this weekend. We are extremely pleased with the level of demand, with half of the residences sold on the very first day. The new government-backed mortgage campaign has played an important role in this strong response, offering long-term financing at favourable interest rates. We experienced similar success with our earlier phases, where our first project sold 497 homes in just two days. Those developments have now delivered 1,109 residences and achieved approximately 95% occupancy. Following the strong response to Koruköy, we are likely to bring forward the launch of our fourth and fifth phases.”
The Final Phase of Nef Çekmeköy Now on Sale
Designed with low-rise architecture, generous green spaces, and a nature-oriented masterplan, Nef Koruköy offers an ideal environment for families seeking a lifestyle connected with nature while remaining close to the city.
The development occupies 77,000.91 square metres within the overall 230,000-square-metre Nef Çekmeköy masterplan. The project offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences, many featuring private gardens, balconies, or terraces, with unit sizes ranging from 65 to 132 square metres.
Strategically located at the intersection of the Northern Marmara Motorway, Şile Motorway, TEM, and the Anatolian Motorway, the project provides excellent connectivity. Business districts such as Levent, Maslak, Ataşehir, and Ümraniye can be reached in approximately 15 minutes, while Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is only 10 minutes away.
Residents also benefit from direct access to the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, Istanbul Airport, and the Osmangazi Bridge via the adjacent Northern Marmara Motorway. In addition, Nef Koruköy is within walking distance of the planned Çekmeköy–Yenidoğan Metro Line, providing direct connections to Üsküdar and, via Marmaray, to Istanbul’s European side.
