We are excited to share the latest updates on Nef Reserve Kandilli with you.

Deliveries for our Nef Reserve Kandilli project will be organized on a block basis. We are gearing up to commence deliveries for the first set of blocks very soon.

Apartment deliveries will kick off with the blocks KZ4 and KZ5, with subsequent deliveries depending on the progress of each block. The first phase of the project is slated for delivery in October 2024, while the second phase is anticipated to be completed by the end of the first half of 2025. We will keep you updated on any further developments.

The blocks KZ4 and KZ5 have surpassed 99% completion, and final preparations for handover are currently underway. Following the completion of the blocks KZ4 and KZ5, we are gearing up to initiate the delivery preparation process for the blocks K1, K2, K3, K6, M1, M2, M3, and M4. Overall, construction progress stands at over 92% on a block-by-block basis. Currently, electrical, mechanical, and finishing works are in progress for blocks K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, and M6. Landscaping and manufacturing works in the Foldhomes are advancing swiftly in preparation for delivery.

Reinforced concrete works have been successfully completed in the block KZ11. Electrical and mechanical manufacturing is currently progressing at 59%. Fine works tenders have been finalized, and fabrication has commenced. Reinforced concrete works in the block KZ12 have reached 78% completion, with plans underway to commence finishing works.

Excavation works in blocks M2, M6, M8, H5, H6, H7, K3, K7, K9, and K13 have been successfully completed in the second phase of the project. Following the completion of excavation works, reinforced concrete works swiftly commenced in these blocks. Reinforced concrete works have already been completed in block K13. Excavation works are currently in progress in block M5, while excavation works have concluded in block M7. Reinforced concrete works are scheduled to commence in both blocks in October.

Reinforced concrete works have been successfully completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, K11, K13, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, M1, M2, M3, M4, M6, and M8. Currently, reinforced concrete fabrications are ongoing with progress at 73% in block K14, 80% in block K7, 64% in block H6, and 59% in block H7. Reinforced concrete works for the parking lots are progressing rapidly, with the majority of them nearing completion.

Aerated concrete wall works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, M1, M3, and M4. Progress continues at 84% in block K13, 37% in block K14, 92% in block K11, 97% in block M2, and 96% in block M6.

Drywall works have been finalized in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, K11, H1, H2, H3, H4, M1, M2, M3, M4, and M6. The process is currently at 89% completion in block H5.

Gypsum plaster works have been completed in blocks M1, M3, M4, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, and H4. They are currently in progress, reaching 96% completion in block M2, 93% in block M6, and 83% in block H5.

Rogh cast works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, H4, M1, M3, and M4. They continue with progress at 23% in block H5, 98% in block M2, and 97% in block M6. Progress stands at 23% in block K13 and 10% in block KZ14.

Screed works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, M1, M2, M3, M4, H1, H2, H3, and H4. They are ongoing, with progress at 95% in block M6. Progress stands at 6% in block K13 and 10% in block KZ14.

Wet area and terrace insulation works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, M1, M2, M3, M4, H1, H2, H3, and H4. They are ongoing, with progress at 90% in block M6.

Ceramic works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, M1, M3, M4, H1, H2, H3, and H4. They are ongoing, with progress at 97% in block K3, 97% in block K10, 99% in block M6, and 95% in block M2.

Marble floor covering works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, M3, M4, H1, H2, and H4. They are ongoing, with progress at 97% in block M1, 95% in block K3, 91% in block H3, 86% in block M6, and 77% in block K10. Parking lot fire escapes have started and continue at 7% level.

The sub-frame works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, H4, M1, M2, M3, M4, and M6. The process continues at 65% level in blocks M8 and H5.

Joinery and glass installation works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, and H4, M1, M2, M3, M4, and M6, and are ongoing at 98% completion in block K3.

Satin plastering works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, K10, H1, H2, H3, H4, M1, M3, and M4. The works are ongoing, with progress at 95% in block K3, 20% in block H5, and 84% in block M6.

Painting works have been completed in blocks K4 and K5. Work continues with progress at 97% in block K1, 95% in block K2, 98% in block K6, 92% in block K8, 38% in block K10, 61% in block M1, 72% in block M3, 68% in block M4, 97% in block H1, 92% in block H2, 92% in block H3, 83% in block H4, and 16% in block H5.

Fine works assembly works have been completed in blocks K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, H1, H2, and H3. The works are ongoing, with progress at 97% in block M3, 95% in block M4, 96% in block M1, and 98% in block H4.

Façade works have been completed on blocks K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, M1, M2, M3, M4, M6, H1, H2, H3, and H4. 

The works are ongoing, with progress at 98% in block K10 and 95% in block K3.

Roof works have been completed on blocks K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K8, and K10, as well as M1, M2, M3, and M4. The works are ongoing in blocks M6, M8, K11, and K13.

Elevator works have been completed in blocks H1, K1, K2, K4, K5, K6, K8, M1, M3, and M4. The works are ongoing, with progress at 99% in block K10, 99% in block H2, 99% in block H3, 98% in block H4, 69% in block M2, 66% in block M6, and 78% in block K3.

Mechanical works have been completed in blocks K2, K4, K6, K8, H1, and H2. Work continues with progress at 99% in block K1, 99% in block K5, 97% in block K10, 99% in block H3, 99% in block H4, 97% in block M1, 97% in block M3, 97% in block M4, 95% in block M6, 92% in block H5, 97% in block K3, 82% in block K11, and 95% in block M2. 

Electrical works are progressing as follows: block K1 at 98%, block K2 at 96%, block K4 at 99%, block K5 at 98%, block K6 at 96%, block K8 at 94%, block K10 at 86%, block H1 at 85%, block H2 at 89%, block H3 at 84%, block H4 at 82%, block M1 at 95%, block M3 at 97%, block M4 at 95%, block M6 at 58%, block H5 at 45%, block K3 at 80%, block K11 at 45%, and block M2 at 79%.

In terms of infrastructure works, rainwater in-parcel installations have reached 97%, 

and wastewater in-parcel installations have also reached 97% for the entire project. Wastewater downstream line works completed. Other infrastructure works, including excavation and filling, are ongoing at 72%.
