Dear Customer, 

We are excited to share the latest updates on our Nef Sapanca project with you. 

In the Nef Sapanca project, a substantial portion of the required works have been completed, and preparations for the actual delivery process have commenced.

Reinforced concrete works have been completed in all villas.

Aerated concrete wall works have been completed in all villas. Progress stands at 35% in Block A1, 65% in Block A2, and 65% in Block A3.

Steel roof construction works have been completed in all villas.

Concrete tile roofing has been completed in all villas.

All villas have completed facade EPS sheathing and painting works.

All electrical works within the scope of villa works have been completed.

All mechanical works within the scope of villa works have been completed.

Roughcast works within the scope of fine works have been completed in all villas. 

Gypsum plaster works within the scope of fine works have been completed in all blocks.

All villas, except D4, have completed suspended ceiling works within the scope of fine works.

Joinery works have been completed in all blocks.

As part of the finishing works, insulation works have been completed in all blocks.

Ceramic works have been completed in all blocks except B8 and D4 within the scope of fine works.

Screed works within the scope of fine works have been completed in all villas except the villa D4.

Steel staircase works have been completed in all blocks.

Facade railing works have been completed in all villas except Block D.

Painting works within the scope of finishing works have been completed in all blocks except B8, B16, and D blocks.

Ceramic façade works have been completed in blocks E1, E2, C4, E3, E4, E5, E6, E7, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, B1, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, and B17. Work is currently at 70% completion in blocks C12, C13, and C14.

Parquet works have been completed in blocks A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, C1, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, and E7. In block B8, it is currently at 50% completion.

Apartment door works are at 90% completion in blocks B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B15, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C15, C16, C17, C18, C19, C20, C21, C22, C23, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, B6, B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, and E7.

Apartment entrance door works have been completed in villas B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B15, B16, B17, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C14, C15, C16, C17, C18, C19, C20, C21, C22, C23, A1,A2,A3,A4,A5, A6,A7,A8,A9, B6,B9,B10,B11,B12,B13, B14, B15,E2,E3,E4,E5,E6,E7 the completion level is at 90.

Kitchen cabinet works have been completed at 90% in blocks A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, B14, B15, B16, B17, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C15, C16, C17, C18, C19, C20, C21, C22, C23, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, and E7.

Manufacture of wooden stair steps C4,C5,C6,C7,C8,C9,C10,C11,C12,C13,C14,A1, A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7,A8,B1,B2,B4,B5,B6,B7,B8,B9, B10,B11,B12,B13,B15,B16,E2,E3,E4,E5,E6, E7 blocks are 95% complete and D1,D2,D3,D5,D7,D8,D9 villas are 25% complete.

Cloakroom works have been completed at 97% in blocks A1,A2,A3,A4,A5, A6,A7,A8,B1,B2,B4,B5, C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,C6,C7,C8, C9,C10,C11,C12,C13,C14,C15,C16,C17,C18,C19,C20,C21,C22,C23 B6,B7,B8,B9,B10,B11,B12,B13,B15,B16 and 95% in blocks B6,B7,B8,B9,B10,B11.
B8 villa is at 50%.

As part of landscaping and infrastructure works, villa perimeter drainage has been completed, and field filling and leveling works have been finished. Excavation and pipe installation
of rainwater and wastewater lines have been completed. Natural gas infrastructure construction has been completed. Fire hydrant infrastructure construction has been completed. Electrical infrastructure construction has been completed. Garden irrigation infrastructure construction is ongoing.

The construction of sample villas has been completed.

As part of landscaping works, the construction of roads, pedestrian paths, and park areas is at 80% completion and ongoing.

Fire pit concrete works have been completed in all blocks.

Porch works have been completed in blocks E1 and C4. In villas C1, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, and B12, completion stands at 90%.

Pergola assembly has been completed in blocks A3, A5,A6,A8,B6, B7, B8, B9, B10,B11, B12, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11,C12 and C14.

Pool constructions are at 50% completion in blocks A2, A4, A7, A8, E3, C3, C5, C6, B6, B9, D9, B16, B13, B14, E2, and E3. In blocks C9, C1, C23, and D2, completion stands at 40%.

Divider wall (perimeter fencing) constructions are at 95% completion throughout the construction site.

Mechanical and electrical fixtures, faucets, and sanitaryware
installations have been completed at a rate of 60%.

Vegetative landscaping has been completed in blocks E1 and C4.
